So who asked who out first you might ask? Based on these receipts, we will let you be the judge of that.

But first, let me take you back to a time long long ago….

How long ago? According to Facebook, I guess one of us had the courage to send a friend request almost fourteen years ago. Rumor has it a crush was brewing, but only time would tell.

Fast forward to a quiet wine bar in Glendale in 2019…

Our first date lasted somewhere around four hours, so you’re not wrong if you guessed that more dates followed, until it was finally time for a soft launch…

The years following were far from boring!

We ate a lot of food, biked a lot of miles, did a lot of exploring, and fell even more in love every step of the way.

Until finally, 14 years after becoming Facebook friends, 6 years after our first date...

Mike proposed!

And that’s what you call playing the long game.
